Your Service
Package Tiers

Three clear offers. No vague "let's discuss your needs." A client should be able to look at this once and know exactly what they'd get and what it costs.

Why 3 tiers

The Offer Stack

Why 3 tiers, not 1 quote: A single "it depends, let's chat" offer makes every conversation start from zero and lets the client anchor the price in their head, not yours. Three named tiers let a prospect self-select, give you a default to quote fast in a DM, and make upgrading an easy next conversation instead of a renegotiation.

How the numbers were set

Pricing Logic

These flat rates map back to your $20-40/hr range — they're just packaged so a client never has to guess at scope or hours.

TierImplied Hourly RateWhy This Price
Tier 1 — $400 ≈$20/hr × 20 hrs Priced at the floor of your range. Low enough to remove hesitation for a first project, high enough to filter out clients who won't value the work.
Tier 2 — $1,200 ≈$30/hr × 40 hrs Your core offer, priced at the middle of your range. This is the number you should be most comfortable saying out loud in a discovery call.
Tier 3 — $2,500+ ≈$35-40/hr × 65+ hrs Priced at the top of your range because compliance work carries more risk and requires more precision — and because clients needing this tier have higher budgets by definition.
The natural progression

Upsell Path

Don't pitch Tier 3 cold. Most clients enter at Tier 1 or Tier 2 and graduate once they trust your work.

How To Present This

Copy this — use when a prospect asks "what do you offer?"
I work with clients across three levels depending on what you need right now: A quick CRM audit and fix if you just need something specific cleaned up — usually $400, done in under a week. A full operations setup if you're ready to build a proper system — CRM, automated workflows, documentation — that's $1,200 and takes about 2-3 weeks. And for companies that need compliance documentation alongside the operational build, there's a full Ops & Compliance package starting at $2,500. Most clients start with the audit or the full setup, depending on how much is already in place. What does your current setup look like?
